This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

Function to compute the hash used to determine which levels a key value splits on. Changing the hash function used for an existing RankedSet will tend to misbalance it but will not break it, in that existing entries can be counted and removed.
