Converts super getter and setter calls in order to support the output of the Dart Dev Compiler (https://github.com/dart-lang/dev_compiler). This has to run before the Es6ConvertSuper pass.

Note that the approach taken here doesn't lend itself to good optimizations of getters and setters. An alternative approach is needed to generate fully optimizable output before general ES6→ES5 lowering of super accessor expressions can be rolled out.

TODO(ochafik): Add support for `super.x++` (and --, pre/post variants).

Visits a node in preorder (before its children) and decides whether its children should be traversed. If the children should be traversed, they will be visited by NodeTraversal.Callback.shouldTraverse(NodeTraversal, Node, Node) in preorder and by NodeTraversal.Callback.visit(NodeTraversal, Node, Node) in postorder.

Siblings are always visited left-to-right.

Implementations can have side-effects (e.g. modify the parse tree). Removing the current node is legal, but removing or reordering nodes above the current node may cause nodes to be visited twice or not at all.
