Instrumentation	Provides the capability to instrument the execution steps of a GraphQL query.
InstrumentationContext<T>	When a Instrumentation.'beginXXX()' method is called then it must return a non null InstrumentationContext that will be invoked when the step is first dispatched and then when it completes.
InstrumentationState	An Instrumentation implementation can create this as a stateful object that is then passed to each instrumentation method, allowing state to be passed down with the request execution
