HTTP health check service for load balancers.

Interface Summary

Interface	Description
HealthChecker	Determines whether the Server is healthy.
HealthCheckUpdateHandler	Handles PUT, POST or PATCH requests sent to HealthCheckService.
ListenableHealthChecker	A HealthChecker which notifies its state change to its listeners.

Class Summary

Class	Description
HealthCheckService	An HttpService that responds with HTTP status "200 OK" if the server is healthy and can accept requests and HTTP status "503 Service Not Available" if the server is unhealthy and cannot accept requests.
HealthCheckServiceBuilder	Builds a HealthCheckService.
SettableHealthChecker	A simple ListenableHealthChecker whose state can be set by a caller.
