StaticValue	Similar to Spring's Value-annotation, this annotation can be applied to static fields.
StaticValueInjector	Processes all classes within basePackage and processes static fields annotated with StaticValue.
StaticValueInjectorException	Exception thrown by StaticValueInjector when processing StaticValue-annotations.
