      Prepares the query to be executed.
      Parameters:
      query - the query which may contain named query parameters
      allowNamedParameters - whether named parameters is allowed
      exchange - the current exchange
      Returns:
      the query to actually use, which must be accepted by the JDBC driver.
      Throws:
      SQLException
