Find out whether a symbol was created in the current run or is picked up from the classpath. For batch mode, currentRun.compiles(sym) is exactly what we need, since it tells whether the symbol is part of the current batch. On the other hand, this is not what we want for the IDE and REPL: * for the REPL, each line is compiled in a different batch * for the IDE, the presentation compiler only contains the frontend, so there's no problem. When invoking the full compilation, it invokes the normal Global
