extends Component

Simple interface that needs a little more work. This abstracts the parsing of the veraPDF ValidationModel allowing the implementation and run-time selection of different model parsers possible.

getRoot

org.verapdf.model.baselayer.Object getRoot()
                                    throws ModelParsingException

Returns:

the CosDocument element that is the root object of the validation model instance.

Throws:

ModelParsingException - when there's a problem establishing the model root.

getFlavour

PDFAFlavour getFlavour()

Returns:

PDFAFlavour for the model that has been parsed

getPDFDocument

PDFDocument getPDFDocument()

Returns:

the PDFDocument parsed.

getFeatures

FeatureExtractionResult getFeatures(FeatureExtractorConfig config)

Parameters:

config - a FeatureExtractorConfig that denotes the features to be extracted.

Returns:

features collection of the document as a FeatureExtractionResult

getFeatures

FeatureExtractionResult getFeatures(FeatureExtractorConfig config,
 List<AbstractFeaturesExtractor> extractors)

Parameters:

extractors - extractors for features reporting
