Multi Class is a model where there are multiple classes per prediction sent by a customer, each with its own prediction and actual score It differs from our score categorical models in that all the classes are sent, not just the predicted "winner class" Multi Class has two types: multi label and single label Single Label has one output / one prediction label (class with highest prediction score) and one actual label. However, all classes ("winners and losers") are sent to Arize. Use score categorical model is only the "winner" is to be sent. Multi Label can have multiple prediction labels and actual labels Multi Label prediction labels are determined by comparing threshold scores to prediction scores for each class Example of Multi Class: Predicting likelihood of Economy, Business, or First Class prediction scores = { "economy_class":0.81, "business_class":0.42, "first_class":0.35 } a customer can send all classes and prediction scores to Arize to calculate various metrics involving all of the classes Note: this is different from scored categorical that accepts only one prediction score / label per prediction The above example is a single label / single output because a model will only predict one of the three classesProtobuf typepublic.MultiClassPrediction- See Also:
