doUpgrade

public void doUpgrade()

Fixes digest notifications after an import from pre-3.3.1. Prior to 3.3, digests were represented as a lack of page or spaces specified. These will result in digest being false after an import. Due to a bug in 3.3, this format may persist in that version too.

Note that this update is different from the change required when upgrading a database as in NetworkAndSiteNotificationTypesUpgradeTask.
