      COLLECT_STATISTICS
      Feature that determines whether to collect statistics or not.
      DEFAULT_SEMANTIC_TYPES
      Feature that indicates whether to enable the built-in Semantic Types.
      DISTRIBUTIONS
      Indicate whether we should track distributions (Quantiles/Histograms).
      FORMAT_DETECTION
