Converts super.method() calls and adds constructors to any classes that lack them.

This has to run before the main Es6RewriteClass pass. The super() constructor calls are not converted here, but rather in Es6ConvertSuperConstructorCalls, which runs later.

Visits a node in postorder (after its children have been visited). A node is visited only if all its parents should be traversed (NodeTraversal.Callback.shouldTraverse(NodeTraversal, Node, Node)).
