Returns:

Average RTT in the sample window. Excludes timeouts and dropped rtt.

getMaxInFlight

int getMaxInFlight()

Returns:

Maximum number of inflight observed during the sample window

getSampleCount

int getSampleCount()

Returns:

Number of observed RTTs in the sample window
