Isolation strategy to use when executing a HystrixCommand.

• THREAD: Execute the HystrixCommand.run() method on a separate thread and restrict concurrent executions using the thread-pool size.
• SEMAPHORE: Execute the HystrixCommand.run() method on the calling thread and restrict concurrent executions using the semaphore permit count.
