This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

Implement this interface in order to be notified of failed deliveries when basicPublish is called with "mandatory" or "immediate" flags set. Prefer this interface over ReturnListener for a simpler, lambda-oriented syntax.
