getEnableInstanceRpsLimit

public Boolean getEnableInstanceRpsLimit()

Get Whether to enable throttling and speed limit at the instance level. Valid values: true and false. If the value is true, InstanceRpsLimit is required. If the value is false, InstanceRpsLimit does not take effect.

Returns:
