An InteractionResponseBehavior returned when using respondPublic, respondEphemeral, respond, deferPublicMessageUpdate, deferEphemeralMessageUpdate, updatePublicMessage or updateEphemeralMessage.

This is the handle to a message, it supports editing, deleting and sending followup messages to the interaction.
