final class CaffeineENameProvider extends ENameProvider
ENameProvider using a Caffeine cache. Given a reusable Caffeine "EName cache", creation of this ENameProvider is cheap.
Note that Caffeine is used here for name pooling, to reduce memory footprint, and not for caching expensive objects.
