To create a comment with its visibility in Jira Service Desk set to false, use the Jira Service Desk REST API [Create request comment](https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-request-issueIdOrKey-comment-post) operation.
