The <strong>HTML <code><style></code> element</strong> contains style information for a document, or part of a document. By default, the style instructions written inside that element are expected to be <a href="/en-US/docs/Web/CSS">CSS</a>. Contains <a href="/en-US/docs/Web/CSS">CSS</a> styling declarations to be applied to the element. Note that it is recommended for styles to be defined in a separate file or files.
