public abstract class ServerInitializerFactory extends io.netty.channel.ChannelInitializer<io.netty.channel.Channel>
Factory to create ChannelPipeline for servers, eg NettyConsumer.

Implementators must support creating a new instance of this factory which is associated to the given NettyConsumer using the createPipelineFactory(NettyConsumer) method.
