Parameters:

connection - which connection

tableName - table callable is on

scan - the scan to execute

scanMetrics - the ScanMetrics to used, if it is null, ScannerCallable won't collect metrics

rpcFactory - to create an RpcController to talk to the regionserver

replicaId - the replica id
