childCompensation - a compensation that should be applied before the compensation being created in this method

predicateCompensationMap - map that maps QueryPredicates of the query to QueryPredicates used for compensation

Specific implementation of union-ing two compensations both of type Compensation.WithPredicateCompensation. This implementation delegates to its super method if otherCompensation is not of type Compensation.WithPredicateCompensation. If it is, it creates a new compensation of type Compensation.WithPredicateCompensation that contains the mappings of both this compensation and otherCompensation.
