com.sun.xml.xsom.XSDeclaration.isAnonymous()	use the isGlobal method, which always returns the opposite of this function. Or the isLocal method.
com.sun.xml.xsom.impl.ElementDecl.listSubstitutables()
com.sun.xml.xsom.XSElementDecl.listSubstitutables()	this method allocates a new array every time, so it could be inefficient when working with a large schema. Use XSElementDecl.getSubstitutables() instead.
