DoubleExpression is an
 ObservableDoubleValue plus additional convenience
 methods to generate bindings in a fluent style.
 
 A concrete sub-class of DoubleExpression has to implement the method
 ObservableDoubleValue.get(), which provides the
 actual value of this expression.
