IntegerExpression is an
 ObservableIntegerValue plus additional convenience
 methods to generate bindings in a fluent style.
 
 A concrete sub-class of IntegerExpression has to implement the method
 ObservableIntegerValue.get(), which provides the
 actual value of this expression.
