Scanner(in : Reader[Char])
extends Reader[Token]
Scanner is essentially(*) a parser that produces `Token's
from a stream of characters. The tokens it produces are typically
passed to parsers in TokenParsers.
Note: (*) Scanner is really a `Reader' of `Token's
