FAILED	the link has failed (like an internal crash while processing the data)
OK	the link is up ready to receive data.
UNAVAIL	the link is down although it should be up; for instance a TCP client that cannot connect to the remote server.

Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows:

valueOf

public static Link.Status valueOf(String name)
