Class BrokerNodeGroupInfo

    • Method Detail

      • brokerAZDistribution

        public final BrokerAZDistribution brokerAZDistribution()

        The distribution of broker nodes across Availability Zones. This is an optional parameter. If you don't specify it, Amazon MSK gives it the value DEFAULT. You can also explicitly set this parameter to the value DEFAULT. No other values are currently allowed.

        Amazon MSK distributes the broker nodes evenly across the Availability Zones that correspond to the subnets you provide when you create the cluster.

        If the service returns an enum value that is not available in the current SDK version, brokerAZDistribution will return BrokerAZDistribution.UNKNOWN_TO_SDK_VERSION. The raw value returned by the service is available from brokerAZDistributionAsString().

        Returns:

        public final String brokerAZDistributionAsString()

        The distribution of broker nodes across Availability Zones. This is an optional parameter. If you don't specify it, Amazon MSK gives it the value DEFAULT. You can also explicitly set this parameter to the value DEFAULT. No other values are currently allowed.

      • hasClientSubnets

        public final boolean hasClientSubnets()
        For responses, this returns true if the service returned a value for the ClientSubnets property. This DOES NOT check that the value is non-empty (for which, you should check the isEmpty() method on the property). This is useful because the SDK will never return a null collection or map, but you may need to differentiate between the service returning nothing (or null) and the service returning an empty collection or map. For requests, this returns true if a value for the property was specified in the request builder, and false if a value was not specified.
      • clientSubnets

        public final List<String> clientSubnets()

        The list of subnets to connect to in the client virtual private cloud (VPC). AWS creates elastic network interfaces inside these subnets. Client applications use elastic network interfaces to produce and consume data. Client subnets can't occupy the Availability Zone with ID use use1-az3.

        Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.

        This method will never return null. If you would like to know whether the service returned this field (so that you can differentiate between null and empty), you can use the hasClientSubnets() method.

        Returns:

        The list of subnets to connect to in the client virtual private cloud (VPC). AWS creates elastic network interfaces inside these subnets. Client applications use elastic network interfaces to produce and consume data. Client subnets can't occupy the Availability Zone with ID use use1-az3.

      • instanceType

        public final String instanceType()

        The type of Amazon EC2 instances to use for Apache Kafka brokers. The following instance types are allowed: kafka.m5.large, kafka.m5.xlarge, kafka.m5.2xlarge, kafka.m5.4xlarge, kafka.m5.12xlarge, and kafka.m5.24xlarge.

        Returns:

        The type of Amazon EC2 instances to use for Apache Kafka brokers. The following instance types are allowed: kafka.m5.large, kafka.m5.xlarge, kafka.m5.2xlarge, kafka.m5.4xlarge, kafka.m5.12xlarge, and kafka.m5.24xlarge.

      • hasSecurityGroups

        public final boolean hasSecurityGroups()
        For responses, this returns true if the service returned a value for the SecurityGroups property.
      • securityGroups

        public final List<String> securityGroups()

        The AWS security groups to associate with the elastic network interfaces in order to specify who can connect to and communicate with the Amazon MSK cluster. If you don't specify a security group, Amazon MSK uses the default security group associated with the VPC.

        Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.

        This method will never return null. If you would like to know whether the service returned this field (so that you can differentiate between null and empty), you can use the hasSecurityGroups() method.

        Returns:

        The AWS security groups to associate with the elastic network interfaces in order to specify who can connect to and communicate with the Amazon MSK cluster. If you don't specify a security group, Amazon MSK uses the default security group associated with the VPC.

      • storageInfo

        public final StorageInfo storageInfo()

        Contains information about storage volumes attached to MSK broker nodes.

        Returns:

        Contains information about storage volumes attached to MSK broker nodes.

      • connectivityInfo

        public final ConnectivityInfo connectivityInfo()

        Information about the broker access configuration.

        Returns:

        Information about the broker access configuration.

      • hasZoneIds

        public final boolean hasZoneIds()
        For responses, this returns true if the service returned a value for the ZoneIds property. This DOES NOT check that the value is non-empty (for which, you should check the isEmpty() method on the property). This is useful because the SDK will never return a null collection or map, but you may need to differentiate between the service returning nothing (or null) and the service returning an empty collection or map. • zoneIds

        public final List<String> zoneIds()

        The list of zoneIds for the cluster in the virtual private cloud (VPC).

        Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.

        This method will never return null. If you would like to know whether the service returned this field (so that you can differentiate between null and empty), you can use the hasZoneIds() method.

        Returns:

        The list of zoneIds for the cluster in the virtual private cloud (VPC).

      • hashCode

        public final int hashCode()
